  In case you feel any of the services are not in accordance to the brochure, you must report your complaint in writing to the school secretariat within the first week after arrival.
  
  don Quijote will rectify the situation within 2 working days. If the services are still not in accordance with the brochure description, there are two possibilities:
  
  1) don Quijote will refund the total amount of the course and lodging price, or
  
  2) In the event that don Quijote does not come to an agreement with you, your complaint will be handled by an independent arbitration commission of the regional Spanish Government.The appointed arbitrator will decide whether your complaint is worthy of the money-back guarantee.



• Successfully pass the D.E.L.E. exam...
  
  If you attend at least 90% of the classes for 9 consecutive months at any of the don Quijote Spanish language Spanish language schools, we guarantee that you successfully pass the official D.E.L.E. exam.
  Should you not pass, don Quijote will provide 4 extra weeks of study free of charge as well as pay the re-examination fees.
